Currently, her parents are settled in Jamshedpur in Jharkhand. She did her early schooling in Jamshedpur. "Being a Maithil I decided to opt for Maithili in UPSC examination. I am so happy that I have cleared it in fourth attempt. I have faced not much problem since my mother tongue is Maithili," she told TOI.
A native of Madhepura district Aditya Kumar Anand (863) has never studied in any of the convent schools during his career. " I did my early education from BN high school in Murliganj in Madhpeura and did my BA History (Hons) from Bhagalpur''s TNB college. My father still is a farmer," he told TOI over phone.
Last year Anand had cleared Indian Railways Accounts Service. Currently, he is undertaking training in Faridabad.
